Jardines del Rey: one of the most touristic places in Cuba
When referring to the keys of our island, one cannot fail to mention those belonging to Jardines del Rey (King´s Gardens) one of the most visited places in Cuba, belonging to the central Cuban provinces of Ciego de Avila and Villa Clara. The foreigners who choose it as a tourist destination are those who come looking for a sun and beach destination of for their vacations, to enjoy a pleasant climate, quietness and to practice water sports.
Ernest Hemingway, a famous American writer, also liked that area, frequently anchored his yacht El Pilar and spent days fishing while enjoying the Caribbean Sea.
